Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Downloaded software
  • Activated licenses
  • Digital subscriptions

However, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is significantly not as described
  • The product is defective or non-functional
  • You have not downloaded or activated the product

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Paddle.com.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to our services.
